FIELD SERVICE & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Enereco has performed the Construction Management for the Natural Gas Pipeline – Tap Interconnecting Lotto 1 and related works. This pipeline runs along a North-West route in the East of Apulia for a total length of 55,532km. It crosses the following municipalities: Melendugno, Vernole, Castrì di Lecce, Lizzanello, Lecce, Surbo, Torchiarolo, San Pietro Vernotico and Brindisi.

Natural Gas Pipeline – Tap Interconnecting is functional to the national network supplying natural gas through Trans Adriatic Pipeline, a part of the Southern Gas Corridor which transports in Europe the natural gas from Azerbaijan to Italy.

Several plants such as  Pipeline Interception Points and SRG Terminal in Melendugno have been realized as well.

The work has been performed thanks to “trenchless” construction techniques to reduce the environmental and landscape impact.

Buildability

The final goal has been reached as the natural pipeline has been realized respecting the project technical and construction specifications as well as environmental regulations and Authorities constraints:

  • Project review in accordance to those criticalities come to light during the construction phase
  • low environmental impact works for the environment and landscape safeguard

TAP is now an essential part of the continent’s gas network. “I’m proud Enereco was part of a so strategic project. Good Job Boys!”
