We’re looking for people sharing our mission of today and vision of tomorrow.
Company Welfare
As evidence of the attention to its Human Resources, Enereco has implemented a company welfare system with the aim of redistributing part of the economic outturn through the access to social, social security, health, education services, etc.
The focus on the needs of our colleagues’ and collaborators’ families is surely a duty to pursue.
We intend to offer a positive and pleasant environment, where social participation can be possible.
Why I chose Enereco
I was looking for a company who was interested in investing in young people as well as a place where a working and personal growth would have been possible.
Enereco was suggested by Professor Maurizio Bevilacqua, who proposed me to develop a thesis entitled “Optimization of equipment maintainability in the process industry” with the support of Mario Lanzetta (Business Unit Post Engineering Operations Manager).
It was connected to the engineering and maintenance agreement between Enereco and Eni; its main topics were the back data analysis, plant acquisition and study, maintenance plans and output data processing, which were also necessary for predictive maintenance.
As a part of the Maintenance Department I’ve travelled to several Eni Syndial plants in Italy.
Now I’m a Mechanical Assistant in those Snam sites where Work Direction is requested.
My tomorrow is waiting to be discovered
Why I chose Enereco
Enereco is a real big and friendly family and it is for me a great honour to be part of this family! I have joined Enereco in 2006 and I have been carrying this feeling for the last 14 years. This is a company of great opportunities and realization of potential. With the support of wonderful colleagues and mentors, I have grown not only as a professional, but also as a person. This is a company based on equality and integration, where there are no borders, where you can find support in any issue, where there are no obstacles for a professional growth like in my case: I am an electrical engineer and I started as a discipline specialist and progressed to the role of Senior Manager. One of my biggest aims of my youth was to become an international-level Oil&Gas professional and my dream came true at Enereco!
Life on Enereco
ENERECO PHOTO CONTEST
Every year, as usual, we created our calendar through a photo contest.
This competition is open to all employees and consultants, who like every year have approached it with excitement.
Nonetheless the real winner is always the spirit of solidarity: the cash prize has been donated by the company and it will be given to charity by the winner of the contest.
MUSIC COURSES
Enereco is being sponsoring Orchestra Sinfonica G. Rossini of Pesaro from several years; this collaboration ranges from event promotion, as Musica a Corte, to the support to music courses organization.
A lot of Enereco’s employees are taking part in these courses as well.
